I acknowledge that I am signing my student up for Bethany Pom Summer Camp K-5th. Should my child become injured at the clinic, I will not hold the school, pom coaches or pom leaders responsible. Also, I acknowledge that GameDay Screen Printing and Apparel, INK is in no way responsible for any injuries as well as they are merely the tshirt printing company and are not affiliated with the cheer clinic.
