How do I place an order?​

Just click on the GameDay Gear Page and find the school, company, family, church or business you are looking for! If wanting to purchase a GameDay tee from our Fifty Rock Apparel line, just click on that! Once you find what you are looking for, just click on the image, select your size and how you would like to receive your item! 



 

Payment & Shipping

We accept most major credit cards. Once you have all your items in your cart, just click on your shopping cart in the right hand corner of the screen and proceed to check out. Once we have received payment, we will get your order processed as quickly as possible. If ordering custom gear for your team, school, family, etc, we will begin printing as soon as the orders close. Please look for the close date on the individual page you are purchasing your items from. Once we close the order, all items wlll be printed and ready for pick up usually within two weeks. Please check with the person in charge of the custom orders for pick-up details. We will deliver all custom orders to that individual for them to disperse. 

 

If ordering from our custom tees, all items should be ready and available for pick-up within one week (if not sooner.) We ship to the continental US for

just $5. No PO boxes, please.  



All customers will be notified via email and/or phone once your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up. 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

All customs order sales are final. Fifty Rock Apparel may be returned within 7 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT only. No cash refund will be given.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER: All orders will be printed at one time and will be shipped to the address designated on your order form.  These are custom orders and CANNOT be returned or exchanged, so please double check your sizing and order before submitting. We cannot change your order once it has been submitted. Also, please note that the colors in the graphics may appear slightly different on the computer/phone/ipad screen than on the finished printed product.  As with all printing of products very slight imperfections may occur but will not take away from the design of the garment.  Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please keep this as your receipt. Any discrepancies in orders MUST be communicated to GameDay WITHIN 3 days of delivery. After that day, all sales will be final.  We do triple-check all orders before sending out so that your order arrives to you perfectly! Lastly, if you choose to have your items shipped, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

ALL orders are shipped with tracking information. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, you may due so at check-out. Once the package leaves our shop, we will provide you with a tracking number that you may use to track your package. Any lost or stolen packages must be dealt with directly through the USPS, as we no longer have control over your items. Thank you for understanding!
